Our 50-minute corporate yoga classes are thoughtfully designed to support your team's unique needs while creating a meaningful pause in the middle of the workday. Through intentional movement, breathwork, stretching, and strengthening exercises inspired by the ancient practice of yoga, employees experience a powerful combination of relaxation, physical restoration, and mental clarity.
These classes help reduce stress, release muscular tension caused by prolonged sitting and screen time, improve posture, mobility, flexibility, circulation, and support overall emotional well-being.
All classes are taught on-site and adapted to your workplace environment. We transform any open office space, conference room, or common area into a welcoming yoga studio experience for those 50 minutes—making wellness accessible, convenient, and easy to integrate into the company culture. No prior yoga experience is needed, and classes are inclusive of all ages, body types, and fitness levels.
We provide modifications and personalized guidance so every participant feels comfortable, supported, and successful.
